Notebook is a small, dependency-free Hugo theme that makes a blog feel like a ruled notebook. The whole page sits on a dot grid, navigation runs down a colored margin line, and links and titles fill with a highlighter swipe when you hover them.

There are no web fonts and no JavaScript beyond a tiny dark-mode toggle, so pages load fast and render with your system’s native UI font.
